Josh Aghdam is a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and started his love for the sport with a dream to be a professional wrestler. It turns out that his Dad was a high level freestyle wrestler. Unpicking the wrestling game to develop became a priority for Josh, however being able to sweep people from the upper body rather than from the legs became part of his advantage in BJJ.
