Nobody would hire Hart Fandrich. Not because she was unqualified but because she moved every three years as a military spouse and no employer wanted to bet on someone who'd be gone before she got good at the job. So she stopped asking for permission and started building five businesses over 15 years. Hart's also severely dyslexic with a verbal IQ of 137 and a written IQ of 69, which means the thing most founders lean on hardest to grow, written content and social media, has always been her biggest obstacle.
