Hosts trade stories about a DC open-mic night and compare early stand-up and musician grind, from basement gigs to bringer shows. They build fantasy “draft” lineups, assembling dream bands with legends like Chris Cornell, Eddie Van Halen, Geddy Lee, Neil Peart and others while debating roles and stagecraft. The conversation moves through horror and fantasy casting ideas (including a Dragonlance recast), indie music picks, and a comedy festival lineup, blending personal anecdotes, music history and pop-culture opinions in a loose, wide-ranging episode.
