THE WORST outbreak of Ebola in history is underway in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Many will respond to that news with skepticism given the way we were propagandized during the COVID outbreak five years ago. But facts are facts: Nearly 1600 people have died thus far in the outbreak and it's spreading much faster than the 2014 outbreak in West Africa. The infection fatality rate is upwards of 40%.
