In this episode of Crime Bit with Danelle Hallan, the murder of 22-year-old Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind begins with an eight-month pregnant woman leaving her apartment to help a neighbor with a sewing project. What starts as a sudden disappearance becomes repeated police searches, a newborn found inside the neighbors’ apartment, conflicting stories from Brooke Crews and William Hoehn, and the discovery of Savanna’s body in the Red River. The case later leads to convictions, questions about missed evidence, and Savanna’s Act addressing missing and murdered Indigenous people. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaph...
