Our Miss Brooks, “Tears for Mr. Boynton,” originally broadcast on CBS on April 10, 1955. This is episode 284 of the classic schoolroom comedy starring Eve Arden as English teacher Connie Brooks, with Robert Rockwell as the earnest Mr. Boynton. When Connie enlists Mr. Boynton to help set things right, the situation draws in Principal Osgood Conklin, Walter Denton, Harriet Conklin, and Sergeant Gillis.
