Meet Suzanne... Suzanne’s fear of flying began suddenly at 21, despite never having experienced a bad flight or aviation incident. She went through years of avoiding flying, including periods lasting more than a decade. She tried Flying Without Fear courses, books and other techniques over many years, with varying degrees of success. A particularly difficult experience saw her refused boarding because she was so distressed about flying.
