The search for Noah’s Ark continues in eastern Turkey, where the boat-shaped Durupınar formation near Mount Ararat remains a focus of investigation and debate. In 2026, a project led by Professor Cenker Atila of Sivas Cumhuriyet University, working with Noah’s Ark Scans, began a new phase of geological and archaeological research.
