Mark Constantine OBE is the co-founder and CEO of LUSH, one of the world’s best-known cosmetics companies. He became homeless at 16, before studying trichology and developing natural hair and body products from his home in Dorset. At 22, Mark began supplying products to Anita Roddick’s newly founded Body Shop, eventually selling the intellectual rights to the products for £9 million. In 1995, he co-founded LUSH with his wife Mo and four others. Today, LUSH has more than 850 shops in over 50 countries, with sales of £804 million.
