All of us are called to teach the Word

In Scripture, Paul made a very interesting statement: "By now you ought to be teachers." This implies that every believer, at some point in their growth as a Christian, should become someone who teaches the Word. This is really what the Great Commission is all about: going out and making disciples. To make disciples, Jesus said we also need to teach them.
