The Federal Bureau of Prisons has, for a second time, terminated its collective bargaining agreement with the American Federation of Government Employees. That decision comes just days after a federal judge ordered AFGE’s contract to be restored immediately. The BOP is also facing accusations that it’s been ignoring the judge’s order.
