Lessons from a Contained Coaching Model

Podcast: The Gorgeous Effect · Julie Chenell + Cathy Olson

Opublikowano: 2026-10-16

In this episode, Cathy walks you through this solo offer she's been running lately. The whole thing is designed to keep scope creep from eating her alive, which, if you've ever done one-on-one work, you know is a constant threat. Cathy gets into what's working, what surprised her about the clients who actually take action, and the adjustments she's making as she figures this out. If you've thought about doing more personalized work but you're worried about overcommitting or losing yourself in someone else's project for three months, this might change how you think about packaging it.
