Sometimes, the biggest obstacle to rebuilding your life is simply getting where you need to go. That's the idea behind Recover E-Bikes, a Glen Burnie nonprofit providing free electric bicycles to people recovering from addiction. This week, we caught up with Chris and Alex Kauffmann outside Ann's Dari Creme to learn how their program is helping people get to work, treatment, recovery meetings, and everyday appointments.
