Federal prosecutors allege that Nigerian developer Sapphire Egemasi, known online as the tech queen, built counterfeit government websites for a Ghanaian led network that stole login credentials and rerouted public funds between 2021 and 2023. She was arrested in the Bronx in April 2025 and, in the latest reports found, awaits trial in Lexington, Kentucky, with every allegation still unproven and no verdict reported.
