Ronquillo brings more than 22 years of public sector finance and leadership experience to Prescott Valley. He currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the Arizona State Land Department, where he oversees multiple administrative divisions and leads efforts related to financial management, strategic planning, technology, compliance, and organizational operations.
