Numbers 5-6 These two chapters continue the theme of preparing the Israelite camp for marching out. The concern in these chapters is for the purity of the camp. First, they address two general matters: major ritual impurities and sin of wronging another person in the camp. Then they provide instructions for two very specific issues: suspected marital unfaithfulness and special devotion by means of the Nazirite vow.
