Donna McNamara ordered the 2021 investigation that found three Stoughton officers had inappropriate relationships with Sandra Birchmore. Her lawsuit says that on July 7, Town Manager Thomas Calter called her in, gave her a choice to resign or be fired, and barred her from headquarters.
