Judge Raul Rodriguez was first elected as Judge of Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 13 in 2018 and is running for his third term in the 2026 Midterm Elections. He is a dual citizen, as he was born in Mexico and moved to the US at age 2. He earned a business degree from the University of Houston and worked in the corporate world before earning his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1992.
